Plymouth police arrest a Warsaw man for speeding on U.S. 30 Wednesday, January 31st just after 2 a.m.

Officer Fisher stopped the vehicle on U.S. 30 west of Oak Drive after clocking him at 73 mph in a 50 mph zone. The driver was identified as Tyler Crow, 23, of Warsaw.

It was later determined that Crow had never received a driver’s license. During the investigation, it was also found that he was in possession of prescription drugs that were not prescribed.

Tyler Crow was transported to Marshall County Jail and booked in for driving without ever receiving a license and possession of a controlled substance. About an hour later his cash bond was posted and he was released on bond. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
