Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department arrested two Plymouth men last week, one was driving without a license and the other was driving while suspended.    

On Friday, December 15th at about 8:30 p.m., Officer Fisher was dispatched to Adams and Plum Streets for a property damage crash.

The driver of one vehicle was identified as Edwin Villanueva Sevilloa, 22, of the 400 block of West Washington Street in Plymouth.  The officer determined that Villanueva had multiple warrants for his arrest and had never obtained a driver’s license. He was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail.  Villanueva was held on the warrants and for the news charge of operator never licensed.

Sunday evening, December 17th at 6:45 Officer Fisher conducted a traffic stop at Hoham Drive and Western Avenue. The driver was identified as 54-year-old Timothy Hathaway of Fourth Road in Plymouth.

It was determined that Hathaway was driving while suspended with a prior. He was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail.  The cash bond for Timothy Hathaway was paid shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday and he was released on bond. 

On the mentioned date and approximate time, Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Hoham Dr. and Western. The driver was identified as Timothy Hathaway of Plymouth Indiana. It was determined that the driver was driving while suspended prior. Timothy was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail.
