Officer Witkowski with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the 700 block of West Harrison Street Tuesday morning at 12:06 for a possible domestic incident.
Arriving on scene he found a female victim. The suspect in the battery was identified as Michael Morales, 45, who lives in the 900 block of Harrison Street in Plymouth.
It was discovered that Michael violated a current protection order on the female victim.
Michael was found at his residence in Maplewood Trailer Park. After a brief struggle, he was apprehended and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $750 cash bond for Domestic Battery, Invasion of Privacy, and Resisting Law Enforcement.
