A Plymouth man is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond for Child Solicitation.

On Monday, November 27th Plymouth Police Officers responded to a call from Bikers Against Predators just after 10 p.m. at Michigan and Adams Streets.     

The Bikers Against Predators reported that Harwinder Singh also known as Harry Ghodra had been communicating with an underage decoy and attempted to meet up with the child. 

Mr. Singh, who lives at 1019 West Jackson Street in Plymouth was taken into custody by Plymouth officers and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  He was booked in on one count of Child Solicitation with a $10,000 cash bond. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
