Plymouth Police responded to a Domestic Disturbance at 1340 Dora Lane on Tuesday, November 14th at 2:45 in the morning.

During the officer’s investigation, two suspects were identified, 23-year-old Isaiah M. Batta of Plum Street in Plymouth and 45-year-old Aleshia Bunch of Mentone.

Isaiah was taken into custody after a foot pursuit and fighting with officers.

Aleshia was also taken into custody after a brief struggle.

Both subjects were taken to the Plymouth Hospital where Isaiah repeatedly tried to bite and spit on officers.

Isaiah and Aleshia were both transported to Marshall County Jail and given $1500 cash bonds.

Aleshia was lodged for Resisting Law Enforcement, Battery, Domestic Battery, and Disorderly Conduct.

Isaiah was lodged for Resisting Law Enforcement, Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury, Domestic Battery, Battery on Law Enforcement by Bodily Waste, and Disorderly Conduct.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
