Plymouth Police were dispatched to Walmart for a subject attempting to leave the store with a cart full of unpaid items.
Officer Weir spoke to the suspect who gave a false name. During the investigation, it was also discovered that the man was wearing clothing from Walmart that he had not paid for.
66-year-old Keith Eastwood with an address in the Red Rock Inn was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in for Shoplifting and false reporting and held on a $500 cash bond.
