On the evening of Monday, November 13th, at approximately 10:45, a Plymouth Police Officer investigated a call in the area of 310 Skylane Drive. 

During the investigation, a male identified as Patrick A. McCullough, 36 of Walkerton, was found to be intoxicated.

Shortly after the officer left the call, Patrick McCullough was found operating his truck and preparing to leave the scene. 

A city officer made contact with Patrick a second time and took him into custody for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. 

Patrick was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
