Lutheran Health Physicians family medicine offices in Plymouth welcomed a new provider last week.
Tamera L. Vandegriff, M.D. is a board-certified family medicine physician providing patient-centered care for men, women, and children of all ages at 1904 Lake Ave in Plymouth. She joins Dave Johnson, FNP-C who has been seeing patients at this location since it opened in May.
Dr. Vandegriff’s services range from routine physicals, and medical treatment to care for sudden illness and chronic disease management. She also has an interest in women’s health and will be providing prenatal care at this location.
“I am looking forward to providing safe, patient-centered, efficient, and individualized care for patients of all ages,” said Vandegriff.” “I enjoy building lasting physician-patient relationships with families and multiple generations.”
Dr. Vandegriff grew up in Jasper, Indiana, and attended Marian College for undergraduate studies, majoring in biology. She attended Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Francis Family Medicine in Beech Grove, Indiana. She joins Lutheran Health Physicians from Ascension Medical Group in Frankfort, IN.
Dr. Vandegriff enjoys golf, cross-stitching, cooking, and traveling in her spare time.
