43-year-old Angela Manns was arrested after city police officers were dispatched to Walmart for the report of a trespass on Sunday, October 22nd.
At about 4 p.m. officers were advised that Angela Manns was trespassed from the business for a two-year period and was back in the store.
Officers made contact with Angela and took her into custody.

Officers also identified the male accompanying Angela as Chad Smith of North Street in Plymouth. He had an out-of-county warrant. Upon a search of Chad’s person prior to transport, merchandise from Walmart was located concealed in his clothing.
Both parties were transported to the Marshall County jail. Angela Manns was held for Criminal Trespass with a $500 cash bond. Chad Smith was charged with Theft with a $500 cash bond and a hold for the out-of-county warrant.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
