911 call leads to arrest of Plymouth man for PI, disorderly conduct and visiting a common nuisance

The Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a 911 medical call at 315 West Garro Street in Plymouth on Friday, October 20^th at 6:28 p.m.

Plymouth Police and Fire were dispatched and made contact with 31-year-old Cody M. Sobieck who has an East Adams Street address in Plymouth.

Cody was transported to Plymouth Hospital for medical clearance and then transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, and Visiting a Common Nuisance.  He is being held on a $750 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
