Officer Schieber with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Sunday, October 22nd just after 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Oak and Markley Drive.
During the traffic stop, the officer identified the driver as Jeanne Marie Lampertius, 25, of Westgate Avenue in Plymouth. It was determined that Lampertius was operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for pending criminal charges of Operating While Intoxicated-Endangering, Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana.
Jeanne Marie Lamptertius was held until 2:30 Monday morning when she was released on a cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
