Detective McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department served warrants on Angela and Steven Ferguson at 1110 East Jefferson Street on Tuesday, October 10th at 10:40 in the morning.
53-year-old Angela Ferguson was booked into the Marshall County Jail for 2 misdemeanor counts of Domestic Battery and 1 count of Felony Strangulation.
64-year-old Steven Ferguson was booked into the county jail for 2 counts of Domestic Battery.
After being booked into the jail at about 11:45 a.m. both Fergusons were released on cash bonds at about 3:45 in the afternoon.
