The Marshall County Council will meet tonight at 6 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building. The meeting is open to the public and live-streamed online off the county’s website at www.co.marshall.in.us.
The agenda for the meeting includes public input on any agenda items. A request for support for an additional appropriation from County Auditor Angie Birchmeier in the Auditor’s Ineligible Fund. County Commissioner President Stan Klotz will address the board seeking support for an additional appropriation for Building Inspection Services and the council will consider requests for additional appropriations and transfers along with the 2024 meeting schedule.
Council members will also consider the county’s 2024 budget along with the budgets for the East Shore Conservancy and the Marshall County Solid Waste Management District.
