The Plymouth Common Council and Board of Public Works and Safety will meet tonight at 6 and 6:30 in the second-floor council chambers of City Hall. 

Members of the Board of Public Works and Safety will hear from various department heads.  Fire Chief Steve Holm will present a revision to the department’s rules and regulations and Clerk-Treasurer Lynn Gorski will present a resolution establishing the date and time for residential Halloween Trick or Treat. 

The Board will also consider a request from Wild Rose Moon to close a portion of the sidewalk in front of their business on North Michigan Street and a couple of parking spaces.   

The Common Council will conduct a public hearing on a Water Utility Improv Project.  Also, on the agenda third reading of an ordinance to amend the city code on utility payments. 

The City Attorney will present a proposal to amend the zoning ordinance for the city of Plymouth and also a revision to the job description for the Fire Chief’s position.  There is also a resolution up for consideration to transfer appropriations within a department and funds.

The city meetings are streamed live on the city’s website and those attending in person should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second-floor council chambers for the meeting.
