A traffic stop early Tuesday morning resulted in the arrest of a Fort Wayne man for Operating without ever Receiving a License.

On September 26th, at approximately 12:45 a.m., a Plymouth Police Officer initiated a traffic stop on U.S. 30 near Pioneer Drive for multiple moving violations. 

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Faisal Ibrahim, 31, of Ft. Wayne.  During the officer’s investigation, it was determined that Faisal was operating a vehicle on a false driver’s license through Wisconsin. 

Faisal was taken into custody for Operator Never Licensed and transported to the Marshall County Jail. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
