Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 29-year-old Tania Ruiz of North Street in Plymouth on Sunday, September 24th.
At about 9:30 Sunday night, Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of North Street for an unknown problem. During the investigation, it was determined that there was a domestic battery situation.
The female party was identified as Tania Ruiz. Tania was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail on criminal charges of Domestic Battery. She was held on a $500 cash bond until about 11 p.m. Monday evening when her cash bond was posted.
