At about 11:30 Sunday night, September 17th officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 2010 North Michigan Street, the McDonald’s restaurant for a driver that appeared passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle in the drive-through line.
During the investigation, the driver was identified as Nelson Frost, 25 of Redwood Road in Plymouth.
After knocking several times on his window, officers were able to get the male party awake.
During the investigation, it was found that Nelson Frost was intoxicated. He was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on criminal charges of Operating While Intoxicated and Operating While Intoxicated above .15 or higher.
