Residential Appraiser and Appeals deputy with the Marshall County Assessor’s Office, Alyssa Niles has given notice of the upcoming PTABOA meetings.
The county assessor’s office is ready to begin their Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals meetings and they are required to give public notice.
These meetings are for those individuals who appeal their property assessment and wish to go before the board to have a decision made on their property. They usually have 3 to 4 meetings every year.
The Marshall County Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals will meet on Wednesday, October 4th, at 9:00 AM on the second floor of the County Building, room 203, for their annual session. The PTABOA Board will also meet on October 25th. An executive session may be set for a later date to discuss any confidential information.
