Quick’s Lanes in Plymouth currently holds an alcohol permit to serve beer and wine but during Tuesday’s Alcohol Beverage Commission meeting, members approved a 210 3-way restaurant permit.

Grant Holm from Hambone LLC, the new owner of Quick’s Lanes told members of the Marshall County Alcohol Beverage Commission the sale was finalized on Friday.  He said they plan to expand their food menu and will continue to serve appetizers and pizzas, but they will also add salads and sandwiches.

Plans at the bowling alley also include creating a small lounge with a bar and stools, a small stage along with a few tables and chairs. It was estimated they would be able to accommodate 30 to 40 people.  Holm said he wants to make Quick’s Lanes a destination spot and may offer karaoke and even comedy shows.

With the approval of the 3-way alcohol permit, the current beer and wine permit will be returned to the state.

The Marshall County Alcohol Beverage Commission approved the permit applications by a 4-0 vote.
