Deputy Hafke with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department observed a vehicle driving left of center multiple times on Wednesday, September 6th at about 9:30 in the morning.
The suspect, 26-year-old Fredy O Cruz Oliva of Fort Wayne was stopped so the officer could conduct a check welfare.
During the traffic stop, Fredy was found to be operating while suspended with a prior charge.
He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended and held on a $500 cash bond.
