60-year-old Frank Davis of 1535 North Michigan Street in Plymouth was arrested on Thursday, August 31st by Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department.
Frank Davis was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond for a theft that occurred on August 25th at 309 Kingston Road, the Points Apartments. Police estimate the value of the theft to be at least $3,000.
