Anthony Ferree of Plymouth arrested for battery and strangulation

A call to the Marshall County 911 Center sent Plymouth Police Officers to 400 South 6^th Street on Tuesday, August 29^th at 12:30 for a domestic battery.

Officer Derifield was the investigating officer and arrested 21-year-old Anthony Ferree of the 6^th Street address.  Ferree was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery with serious bodily injury and strangulation.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
