Just after midnight on Monday, August 28th, Plymouth Police responded to the 700 block of West Washington Street for a physical fight that had occurred.
Arriving on the scene city police identified a female who needed medical attention. EMS from the Plymouth Fire Department assisted on the scene as police officers investigated what had occurred.
It was determined that the two females, 20-year-old Oriana Calderon, of the Skyland Drive apartments in Plymouth,

and 18-year-old Ariacna Galeano, from West Harrison Street in Plymouth, had driven to the West Washington Street residence where the physical fight occurred.


Both Calderon and Galeano were located, taken into custody, and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Both females face criminal charges of Battery resulting in Bodily Injury and Disorderly Conduct. Both females bonded out of jail before 5:30 a.m. Monday.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
