Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Economy Inn at 2535 North Michigan Street at about 3:45 Wednesday morning August 23rd in reference to a possible domestic.

The caller told the 911 Central Dispatch Center that a male and female were fighting and that the male was destroying a car.

Arriving on the scene, city officers located a vehicle that had been heavily damaged. Upon further investigation, 51-year-old Bradley Watkins who resides at the motel was arrested and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked on charges of Resisting Law Enforcement, Intimidation, and Disorderly Conduct.  He was held on a $750 cash bond. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
