Marshall County Police investigated a two-vehicle accident with a personal injury on Saturday, August 19th at 10:32 p.m.
The collision was on U.S. 31 in the southbound lanes at the Michigan Road north junction and the call came in as an accident between a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies, the Plymouth Fire Department, and Plymouth Medics responded to the scene.
The driver of the motorcycle, Albert P. Miller of LaPaz was transported to St. Joseph Regional Hospital in Plymouth. No other injuries were reported.
Graig Stewart was driving a white Infiniti passenger car.
Drugs and or Alcohol do not appear to be a factor.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
