Officer Weir with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a Ford Five Hundred last Thursday, August 10th at Michigan and Dickson Streets. The report indicates the driver had several driving infractions.
While speaking with the driver, 21-year-old Erick Uzbategui-Nava of Dickson Street, Officer Weir learned that he had never possessed a driver’s license.
Erick Nava was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating Without a License. Two hours later he was released on a cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
