A Plymouth man was arrested on Saturday, August 12th after Plymouth Police were dispatched at 7:30 in the evening to the 300 block of Skylane Drive for a physical domestic situation.

Officer Krynock began an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 45-year-old Benjamin Spaid of 310 Skylane Drive.  Spaid was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery and held on a $500 cash bond.  The cash bond for Benjamin Spaid was paid on Sunday, August 13th at 7:30 p.m. and he was released on bond. 

   

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
