Plymouth Police arrested two individuals at Beall’s on Saturday after an off-duty Starke County Police Officer identified the pair shopping inside the store. 

At About 8:45 Saturday evening Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the shopping center and apprehended 28-year-old Samuel Seese of Walkerton and 25-year-old Shay Moorefield of Grovertown. 

The Starke County officer knew the two had active warrants through Knox City Court. 

The subjects were detained, and warrants were confirmed. The two were transported to an on-duty Starke County officer.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
