Plymouth man arrested following investigation of suspicious vehicle, nearly 4 times the legal limit

Officer Schieber with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a local man on Thursday morning after checking on a suspicious vehicle.

Early Thursday morning, August 10^th at about 3:30 Plymouth Police Officers were investigating a suspicious vehicle in the area of Walnut and Harrison Streets.

A city officer came across a vehicle that was stopped in the roadway and determined that the driver was impaired. During the officer’s investigation, the driver was identified as Jordan Shepard, 30 of the 1,000 block of West Adams Street in Plymouth. Jordan was found to be nearly 4 times the legal limit. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for a felony level Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
