33-year-old Brandon Moyer of Menominee Drive in Plymouth was arrested by Officer Baker with the Plymouth Police Department on Sunday, August 13th for Operating While Intoxicated.

At about 6:40 in the evening, Officer Baker received the report of a possible impaired driver traveling northbound on Oak Drive.  He located the suspect vehicle on PIDCO Drive and making contact with the driver determined Brandon Moyer to be under the influence.

A chemical test was provided, and Moyer was then booked into the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol content above .15.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.
