On Wednesday, August 9th Plymouth Police Officers responded to the report of a domestic argument between Adam Morgan, 42 of Conger Street in Plymouth, and a relative.
During the investigation, it was determined Adam Morgan took control of the relative’s cell phone, preventing a call to 911.
Morgan was transported to the Marshall County Jail and was lodged for Interfering In The Reporting Of A Crime and held on a $500 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
