Plymouth Police Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Jefferson Street on Sunday, August 6th for the report of a battery.

City Officers made contact with two male subjects outside 1311 West Jefferson Street. After their investigation, it was determined that a battery occurred.  33-year-old Taylor Harris of the Jefferson Street address was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Harris was booked in for two counts of Battery causing serious bodily injury.  His cash bond was paid just before midnight on Sunday and he was released on bond.
