On Friday, August 4th, the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a call regarding a suspicious vehicle in the area of LaPorte and Walnut Streets.

Officer Ayla with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the area and located the vehicle.

During his investigation, 22-year-old Colton B. Morgan of Argos was found to be the driver. He was checked through standardized field sobriety testing and was found to be almost four times the legal limit for alcohol.

Colton Morgan was transported to Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating a motor vehicle While Intoxicated at .15% or higher.
