Wednesday night, August 2nd at about 11:30 an officer with the Plymouth Police Department spotted 36-year-old Harry Bobb of Lilac Road in Plymouth fleeing a residence after throwing a lit firework at the residence of 110 North Walnut Street.

Mr. Bobb fled on a bicycle before being apprehended near the intersection of West Lake Avenue and South Walnut Street.

Harry Bobb was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Intimidation and Resisting Law Enforcement.  He was held on a $750 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
