Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 25-year-old Andrea Arroyo of Skyland Drive in Plymouth on Wednesday, August 2nd at 3:12 p.m. 

City Police Officers were advised of an individual with a warrant that was driving southbound on Michigan Road from Veterans Parkway. 

Officer Krynock located the suspect’s vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in the McDonald’s parking lot.

Andrea Arroyo was found to have an active warrant through Fulton County. She was lodged at the Marshall County Jail to await transport.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
