A Plymouth man was arrested on Monday, July 31st following an investigation of Child Solicitation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department
Detective Sgt. Jonathan Bryant conducted an investigation that resulted in the execution of a search warrant in the 13,000 block of 6A Road in Plymouth.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Lane Everly, 24 of 13908 6A Road in Plymouth.
Officers uncovered communication between Mr. Everly and what he thought to be a 14-year-old girl. Mr. Everly was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Child Solicitation as a Level 4 Felony and Resisting law Enforcement, as an A Misdemeanor. He also had a violation of pretrial release.
Lane Everly is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
