The Marshall County Central Dispatch Center advised Plymouth Police Officers of a domestic disturbance Saturday, July 29th at about 7:50 in the evening.  The domestic was between two males.   

During the investigation by Officer Ayala at the scene, Christopher J. Miller, 45, of the 1000 block of West Adams Street in Plymouth was arrested and transported to Plymouth Hospital for medical treatment and jail clearance.

The other involved male was transported to Plymouth Hospital for medical treatment.

Miller was then booked into the Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Domestic Battery causing Serious Bodily Injury.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
