Officer Emenhiser with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department for a subject who violated the terms of their probation on Monday, July 31st just before noon.
Officer Emenhiser arrived and took custody of 42-year-old Eduardo Rodriguez of Tulip Circle in Bremen. Eduardo was transported to the Marshall County Jail for the violation of probation.
