Plymouth Police were dispatched to an unwanted guest in the 1400 block of North Michigan Street on Thursday, July 27th at about 1:30 in the afternoon.
Jan Lemler, 61, of West Jackson Street was pointed out by the victim as he left the scene on his bike to Sergeant West.
Lemler attempted to evade police on his bike and after a brief chase, he was taken into custody without incident at Center and Novelty Streets.
Jan Lemler was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Resisting Law Enforcement and held on a $500 cash bond.
He was also arrested on July 5th for Disorderly Conduct.
