Earlier this week, officers from the Plymouth Police Department arrested three individuals on warrants.
On Monday, July 24th Officer Weir was patrolling and saw Victor Krause, 31, of Sycamore Street in Plymouth sitting in the front seat of a car. Officer Weir recognized Mr. Krause and knew there was an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond for the felony warrant for Domestic Battery in the presence of a Child less than 16 years of age.

Chasity Patrick, 35, of Plymouth was located and arrested by Detective McIntyre on a felony warrant for Auto Theft and Burglary. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on Tuesday, July 25th at 8:30 in the morning.
42-year-old Angela Manns of Plymouth was located in her room at the Economy Inn on Tuesday, July 25th at 12:30 in the afternoon. She was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant for theft. During the arrest, methamphetamine smoking devices and suspected methamphetamine was located in her possession. Angela Manns was transported to the Marshall County Jail and turned over to jail staff.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
