Officer Schieber with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a 19-year-old Plymouth man for Operating Without a License on Thursday night, July 20th just after midnight. 

Officer Schieber initiated the traffic stop at Plum and Jefferson Streets.  The driver was identified as Anner Amador of West Washington Street in Plymouth.  He was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held until 2 a.m. when he posted bond and was released. 

Officer Lovely with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Thursday, July 20th at 5:50 a.m. near Comfort Suites on North Michigan Street. 

Danny Funez Canales, 28, of the 700 block of North Michigan Street in Plymouth, was found to be operating the vehicle. During the investigation, it was found that Canales had never obtained a driver’s license. He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for Operating a Vehicle Without ever receiving a License.  He posted bond less than an hour later and was released on bond. 

Officer Schieber also conducted a traffic stop at Red D Mart for traffic violations on Friday, July 21st at about 6 a.m. During the investigation, the driver was identified as Thomas Woodard, 43 of Plymouth. Thomas was found to have a suspended prior driver’s license and was taken into custody. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
