On Saturday, July 15th at about 6:30 in the evening, Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were called to 1800 North Oak Drive, Michiana Behavioral Health Center for the report of an unwanted guest.
City officers arrived on the scene to find 40-year-old James Davis of 4th Road in Walkerton causing an altercation with staff members.
Davis was booked into Marshall County Jail for two counts of Disorderly Conduct and held on a $250 cash bond. He was released on Monday, July 17th at 9 p.m. with NO JUDICIAL REVIEW.
