The Marshall County Drainage Board and County Commissioners will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
The Drainage Board will consider a variance request from the Bowen Center for the Newcomb Eisenhour Ditch and Schuh Tile near U.S. 30 and Pioneer Drive. This request is for a proposed building construction project.
Carlos Bastardo will discuss the maintenance of the mutual and private drain for the Arrow Head Subdivision at lot 15 at Lake Latonka.
There is also an opportunity for public comments and other business.
The Commissioner’s meeting begins at 9:30 in the second-floor meeting room. Their agenda includes a report from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters, the bid opening of the Marshal County Housing Project with Shannon McLeod of Priority Projects, and County Plan Director Ty Adley with his quarterly report and a request from Ronald Davis.
The Commissioners will also hear from Charlie Carlisle from Celebrate Recovery and Ginny Munroe will give an update on Marshall County Crossroads. Greg Hildebrand, Executive Director of the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation will give an update and County Attorney Jim Clevenger and Auditor Angie Birchmeier will give their reports. The commissioners also offer an opportunity for the public to make comments and ask questions.
