The Marshall County Home Brew Club will be joining The REES in a fundraising event to benefit the Marshall County Humane Society. The local brew club will be bringing their various home-brewed beers for sampling and judging at The REES on Saturday, July 15 beginning at noon. Members will also be available to answer questions from those who have an interest in home microbrewing. During the event brewing processes will appear on the big screen as well as adoptable pets being featured on the large LED wall.
The $30.00 donation/admission fee includes a ballpark-themed lunch that will be served until 3 p.m. by Rockin’ D’s Dogs Catering. This feature of the day includes your choice of any two of seven specialty dogsand limitless sides. A Designated Driver entry fee is $15.00 and includes the lunch option and soft drink.
Tasting and judging awards will conclude by 2 p.m. in time for families to gather for a FREE big screen simulcast of Major League Baseball, Chicago vs Boston accompanied by popcorn and full concessions.
GIANT fm WTCA will provide a live remote during this community event.
Those tasting must present valid proof of age 21 years or older. Tickets are available at: www.reestheatre.com, Fernbaugh’s Jewelry, and at noon at the REES box office. All proceeds benefit the Marshall County Humane Society and The REES Theatre. To make the event an even greater success, bring a donation of pet food.
