The Culver Destination 2040 committee is looking for citizens’ input on the town’s comprehensive plan. Specifically, they want to know what strategies you would like to see implemented in the next five years.
There will be four open houses in July, and the committee hopes that citizens will attend one of the open houses to look at the values that were identified in last fall’s survey, and the goals and strategies that have been developed since that time.
The first open house is Monday, July 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Culver Community Middle/High School Gym.
Tuesday, July 11, citizens will have the opportunity to review the values, goals, and strategies developed between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m., at the Culver-Union Township Public Library.
Finally, on Saturday, July 22nd and 29th, the committee will be at the Culver Farmer’s Market between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
These open houses are all drop-in events, you do not need to stay the entire time.
The Culver Destination 2040 Committee hopes you will take a few minutes to participate in one of the open houses.
