A Domestic Disturbance call on Saturday, July 1st resulted in the arrest of a Plymouth man. 

The Marshall County Central Dispatch received a 911 call of a Domestic Disturbance in the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at about 6:45 in the evening.

The caller told dispatch that a male had battered another male and then left the area in a vehicle.

Officer Ayala with the Plymouth Police Department located the vehicle, and 30-year-old Adam Majchrzak of 1005 Lincolnway East in Plymouth was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Public Intoxication on Alcohol.  His cash bond was set at $1,500. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
