Last week Detective Sergeant Jonathan Bryant of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department made several arrests.
On Wednesday, June 28, Detective Bryant located and arrested 43-year-old Brandi Green in Culver on an outstanding warrant for Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony. She was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and given a $3,000 cash bond.

On Thursday, June 29, the Detective, assisted by the Bourbon Police Department, located, and arrested 32-year-old Leah Young in Etna Green on an outstanding warrant for Forgery, as a Level 6 Felony. She was then lodged at the Marshall County Jail and given a $1,500 cash bond.

Later, on June 29, Detective Bryant, assisted by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department, located, and arrested 38-year-old Brittany Kozubik of Monterey. She was arrested on an outstanding warrant for 8 counts of Forgery, all Level 6 Felonies. She was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and given a $10,000 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
