Officer Lovely with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of North Michigan Street Tuesday, June 27th at about 11:30 at night.
During the investigation, it was determined that the driver, Lee A. Melling, 32, of Poplar Street in Plymouth, was under the influence of alcohol.
Lee Melling was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
