Officer Mark with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29th at the intersection of Markely Drive and Western Avenue. The traffic stop was because the vehicle did not have any headlights on when required.
While conducting his investigation, Officer Mark determined that Thelma Granados-Ruiz, 47, of 1000 North Plum Street was operating the vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Granados-Ruiz was transported and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a vehicle Without ever obtaining a License. She was released after posting a cash bond at 8:20 a.m.
