Sergeant Jordan Rans with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Bolingbrook, IL man on Saturday for multiple charges.
At 5:36 p.m. the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a report of a speeding vehicle traveling south on U.S. 31 from the area of Tyler Road.
The suspect vehicle was later located by Sergeant Jordan Rans and several traffic infractions were observed prior to the initiation of a traffic stop.
During the course of the traffic stop, suspected marijuana and paraphernalia were located inside the vehicle.
The driver, 30-year-old Diego M. Tequimila was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
